Returns
1: Our policy lasts 14 days from product delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the date of product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2: Please note all mystery products (Mystery Boxes/Mystery Packs) are non returnable and cannot be refunded.
3: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that we sold it. It must also be in the original packaging. All orders will be subject to individual review. All returned items which are not due to damages prior to delivery will be subject to a restocking fee that we deem to cover our loss of costs for transaction/admin fees & restocking fees.
4: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5: To complete your return, Please send an email to enquiries@oneyenstories.ca, we will be happy to assist and provide you details on whether an oris eligible for a return/exchange. If so, they will provide instruction on how to return/exchange an item.
6: While shipping the return consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible if we don't receive your returned item.
7: Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns on any of the "Trading Cards, Booster boxes or starter decks". Do you ship only in Canada or anywhere else?Due to logistics challenge, we only ship in Canada.

When will my order ship / be delivered?Most orders are being processed and shipped in 0 to 3 business days after your order is made. We are always doing our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible! For this reason we may ship an order faster than we are able to accommodate order adjustment requests.

I received the order confirmation, but my order was cancelled..Since the entire operations is managed by 1 person ( me ), it does take little time for ( me ) to update the website and the stock availability. In the event where you have placed the order and we dont have a stock, you will receive a full refund.

Order / Buyer / Seller protectionAt our discretion we may include a Card For Pickup or Signature option for higher valued orders. This acts as insurance and also prevents the theft of orders left on doorsteps.
